  1. What does price include?
    For periods no longer than a month, price includes accommodation, taxes, water and electricity costs, parking, and linen and towells. For periods longer than a month, we offer more services under request. For long stay rentals including golf packages, price includes accommodation, taxes, parking, internet and cleaning service once a week.
  2. I dont have a credit card, how can i book?
    To guarantee  your reservation with APARTMENTS COSTALUZ a valid credit card is required. You can also make your reservation with somebodyelses credit card. In that case, you need to indicate it clicking in "comments" and specify that you have permission to use it.
  3. Is my reservation confirmed?
    Once you complete all the steps of reservation, a message will show up confirming the process.  APARTMENTS COSTALUZ will contact you as soon as posiible.
  4. How to cancel or modify my reservation
    You can always modify or cancel  your reservation by contacting with  APARTMENTS COSTALUZ using "Contact" in our web site. Please ckeck the cancel conditions before.
  5. Where do i collect my keys?
    Check in time is from  17:00 to 24:00 h. Any check in after that time could be charged  with  25€ extra. Because of some of our apartments dont have reception service, we hardly recomend you to contact us before your arrival. We will provide you with the contact number of the person that will wait for you and give you the keys.
  6. How can i see the total value of my reservation?
    Once yo choose  accommodation and  dates, click "calculate":  you wil  get the total value of your reservation. Please remind that you can always recalculate new dates and extra  services.
  7. Linen and towells
    Every  APARTMENTS COSTALUZ  offers you free linen and towells. These towells are not allowed to be used in the pools or beach. If so, you can be charged with extra 15 euros per towell.
  8. Should i pay in advance?
    On line paymment requires 25% in advance as a reciprocal guarantee. The rest of the ammount  will be paid cash or by credit card the day you check in and  once you get the keys of your apartment.
  9. We have children: can we ask for extra beds or cots?
    Under request  and availability APARTMENTS COSTALUZ provides cots. You must ask for it once you make your reservation and wait for our confirmation.
